Equine Artist Sasha Wasko With a professional career spanning more than twenty five years (Linda) Sasha Wasko has developed a wide range of artistic skills. Wasko has earned wide spread recognition, honors, and awards. Her work has received excellent reviews in newspapers such as the Boston Globe, Albuquerque Journal, Santa Fe New Mexican and The News (Mexico). She has been chosen as an Artist-In-Residence for New Mexico, has received a Partners in Education and New Mexico Arts Council grant, and has served as a juror for art shows, a program director and moderator for WGBH-TV/Boston, and as a lecturer.
Wasko's art is known Internationally and is currently represented in New York at the Michael Perez Gallery. Her art has been featured at a variety of exhibitions, most notably at a commissioned exhibit at the Pueblo of Zia, Cornell University M.I.T., Boston City Hall, and in Mexico at Instituto Allende and Galeria San Miguel. Her work is currently shown internationally including the O'oti Gallery (Santa Fe), Casa Des Artistes (Scottsdale, AZ.) Weyrigh Gallery (Albuquerque), and Esthetic Gallery (Boston, MA. and Tokyo, Japan).
